01_SCOPE_OF_OPERATIONS
By accessing this site or engaging our development services, you agree to be bound by these protocols. Lenoper Technologies, Inc. provides custom software engineering, web design, and IT consulting. All agreements are made between the Client and the S-Corporation, not its individual officers.
02_INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY_LOCK
All source code, iridescent gradients, mesh tools, and custom UI components developed prior to final payment remain the exclusive property of Lenoper Technologies, Inc. Full IP transfer occurs only upon 100% completion of the payment schedule.
03_LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY [CRITICAL]
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenoper Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data, or business interruption—arising from the use of our builds or third-party integrations (Shopify, Toast, etc.).
04_WARRANTY_DISCLAIMER
Services are provided "AS_IS" and "AS_AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that 3rd-party APIs or hosting environments will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.
05_JURISDICTION_PROTOCOL
These terms are governed by the laws of the **Commonwealth of Massachusetts**. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boston/Suffolk County.
