01_DIGITAL_SERVICES
Because our work consists of custom web design, development, and IT consulting, we do not offer full refunds once a project has been initiated.
- [DEPOSIT] The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. This covers discovery and architecture.
- [DEPLOYMENT] Once code is pushed to production or handed over via GitHub, no refunds will be issued.
02_SUBSCRIPTIONS
For ongoing IT support or maintenance plans:
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds for partial months.
03_THIRD_PARTY_COSTS
Lenoper Technologies, Inc. cannot refund costs paid to third-party providers (e.g., Domain registrations, Shopify App licenses, or POS integration fees).
