Hi Carmen,
I am writing to formalize the management and hosting terms for your website and reservation system. As previously agreed with Jose, I reduced the website build price from $1,200 to $1,000 as a favor. That discount was tied to a $35.99 maintenance rate that required consistent communication, which has not been honored.
Furthermore, I independently developed a Slack Reservation System to assist your operations. This application requires constant monitoring and server costs. While you own the front-end code, the Hosting Infrastructure is a monthly service. I can no longer continue providing this without a confirmed maintenance plan.
