Introduction
At Lenoper Technologies®️ LLC, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service and products to our customers. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we have established this Refund Policy to ensure fairness and transparency in our transactions. This policy outlines the conditions under which customers can return products or request refunds.
Timeframe for Returns
Customers can request a refund within 7 days from the start of the project for a partial refund, as outlined below. After 7 days and up to 15 days, a different refund percentage applies. Beyond 15 days and up to 30 days, another percentage applies. After 30 days, refunds will be minimal due to the extent of work already completed by our team.
Conditions for Eligibility
Refunds will be considered if the request is made within the specified timeframe. The refund policy applies to services provided by Lenoper Technologies®️ LLC, including web development, product photography, and design services. The project must be significantly uncompleted, and the request should be accompanied by a valid reason related to the dissatisfaction with the services provided. Any materials or information provided by the client must be intact and not used or altered.
Refund Percentages
- Within 7 days: Customers are eligible for a refund of 70% of the total project cost.
- 8 to 15 days: Customers are eligible for a refund of 50% of the total project cost.
- 16 to 30 days: Customers are eligible for a refund of 25% of the total project cost.
- After 30 days: A minimal refund of 10% of the total project cost, considering the extensive work completed.
Process for Requesting a Refund
Submit a refund request through our designated customer service portal or email. Include the project details, original payment receipt, and a detailed explanation of the refund reason. Our team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Fees or Deductions
A project cancellation fee of 5% may apply to cover administrative costs. Additionally, any expenses incurred during the course of the project, such as initial consultations, design drafts, photography sessions, and other related costs, will be deducted from the refund amount. These deductions ensure we can fairly compensate our team for the work and resources already committed to the project.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. In cases where the original payment method is not available, store credit may be offered.
Non-Refundable Items
Deliverables such as completed web development projects, finalized product photographs, and finished design services that have already been delivered to the client are non-refundable. Additionally, any services explicitly marked as non-refundable during the purchase process are also not eligible for refunds.
